Ten Steps to Success INTERNATIONAL PLAN to MARKET This specialized program begins on November 17, 2009 and is designed specifically for companies that are new-to-export, have been exporting in a haphazard fashion, or are looking to place an emplasis on strategically planning and refining their market presence. This program will provide each company with individualized, detailed market research, planning assistance and recommendations. Individualized company appointments will include assessment and assignment of the scope of the project, identificaiton and presentation of potential global markets based on market research, identification of competition in key foreign markets identified, and identification of distribution channels for similar products/services in their applicable key markets. Participating companies will be provided with three educational programs for up to 2 company individuals. This program is designed to be a fast paced program. Companies participating in the entire program will be encouraged to travel to market to implement their strategic plan. The cost of this program does not include the Gold Key Service, translation, or travel-related expenses. Fee: $ 700.00 includes registration for up to 2 company individuals to attend all sessions listed above plus the seminars listed below.
